How to report a problem or bug
If you encounter a bug or issue with Mighty Goals, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- A detailed description of the problem
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Your device model and iOS version
- Screenshots or screen recordings if applicable
- The app version (found in Settings)
Our team will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Subscription & billing
Mighty Goals is freemium. Setup, your first goals, and a starter level of daily quests are free. Ongoing AI coaching is available via an optional subscription, processed through the App Store using RevenueCat.
Manage or cancel your subscription:
- Open the iOS Settings app on your device
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
- Find Mighty Goals in the list
- Tap to manage, change plan, or cancel
Subscription not showing up?
Try these steps:
- Close and reopen the app
- Check your App Store purchase history to confirm the payment went through
- Tap "Restore Purchases" in the app settings
Refund requests:
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For other billing questions, email [email protected].
How to reset the app or reinstall
To reset the app:
- Open Mighty Goals and go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Reset App Data"
- Confirm the action (note: this will clear your selected life areas, goals, daily quests, and chat history)
To reinstall the app:
- Delete Mighty Goals from your device
- Restart your device
- Download Mighty Goals again from the App Store
- Sign in with your existing account to restore
Note: Your subscription will be restored when you sign back in. You can also tap "Restore Purchases" in the app settings.
