How to Report a Problem or Bug

If you encounter a bug or issue with KAIA, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Your device model and operating system version
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if applicable
  • The app version (found in Settings)

Our team will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Billing & Diamond Purchases

KAIA uses a virtual currency called "Diamonds" that you can purchase to unlock premium features like extended chats and sending gifts. All purchases are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) using RevenueCat.

How to purchase Diamonds:

  1. Open KAIA and tap the Diamond icon in the app
  2. Choose the Diamond package you want to purchase
  3. Complete the purchase through your App Store or Google Play account
  4. Your Diamonds will appear in your account immediately

Purchase not showing up?

Try these steps:

  • Close and reopen the app
  • Check your App Store/Play Store purchase history to confirm the payment went through
  • Tap "Restore Purchases" in the app settings

How to Reset the App / Reinstall

To reset the app:

  1. Open KAIA and go to Settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Reset App Data"
  3. Confirm the action (note: this will clear your conversation history)

To reinstall the app:

  1. Delete the KAIA app from your device
  2. Restart your device
  3. Download KAIA again from the App Store or Google Play Store
  4. Sign in with your existing account to restore your purchases

Note: Your Diamond balance and purchase history will be restored when you sign back in. You can also tap "Restore Purchases" in the app settings.
